What's Peek Performance's purpose?

The primary purpose of Peek Performance is to empower First Nations individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed in entrepreneurship. By providing e-learning opportunities, mentorship, and community support, Peek Performance contributes to economic growth and self-determination within Indigenous communities.

Who founded Peek Performance?

Peek Performance was founded by Yawuru/Bunuba women, Adele and Cara Peek. [They are passionate about advocating for financial independence among First Nations people by fostering entrepreneurship and have built several successful businesses from a remote community and they want to empower other passionate individuals to do the same by sharing their knowledge and insights.

Who is Peek Performance for?

Peek Performance is for any individual wishing to learn and gain key skills and insights into entrepreneurship. The e-learning platform is designed to be dynamic, accessible, and easy to navigate, with short courses that you can apply to your own business or earn a wage completing for someone else.

What courses do you offer?

Peek Performance offers a range of courses tailored to entrepreneurs. These courses cover topics such as unpacking your idea, business and life planning, Canva / social media hacks, profit first financial management, mindset, and more. Specific course details can be found here.

How much are your courses?

The pricing structure for our courses vary, but we aim to make its courses accessible.

The average course ranges from $49 - $299 depending on length and Subject Matter Experts.

How long will a course take?

The duration of our courses varies.

  • Mini Courses: These condensed learning experiences are designed to provide essential knowledge quickly. They typically take around 2 hours to complete.

  • In-Depth Courses: For a more comprehensive understanding of a specific topic, our in-depth courses offer a deeper dive. The length of these courses can range from 10 to 40 hours or more, depending on the subject matter.

How are courses delivered?

All Peek Performance courses are delivered online. This means you can learn at your own pace, whenever and wherever it suits you. Our courses combine a variety of learning formats to cater to different learning styles.

Course Access & Completion

How can I access the mini-course?

To access your Peek Performance mini course, purchase the course here.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your password. Log in to your Peek Performance dashboard using your new credentials. Your mini course content will be available within your dashboard.

How long do I have to complete a mini-course?

Our mini-courses are designed to fit your schedule. You have unlimited access to the course content, allowing you to learn at your own pace and convenience. There's no deadline, so you can take as much time as you need to complete the course.

Do you offer certificates of completion?

Yes, we do! Upon successful completion of a Peek Performance course, you will receive a digital certificate of completion. This certificate will be emailed to you as confirmation of your achievement.

What are the payment methods available? Is there a payment plan option?

Currently, we accept credit card and debit card payments for our courses.

Can I request an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you can request an invoice for your purchase.

To obtain an invoice, please send an email to hello@peekperformance.com.au with your order number and billing information. Our team will process your request and send you the invoice accordingly.

Can I purchase a course as a gift?

Can I purchase a course as a gift? Yes you can. Simply email us at hello@peekperformance.com.au with the details of the course you'd like to purchase along with the details of person you're gifting it to (full name, email) and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I purchase courses for multiple people?

Currently, our platform doesn't support purchasing courses for multiple users at once.

However, if you'd like to enroll multiple individuals, you can reach out to us directly. We can discuss alternative options to accommodate your needs.

Due to the digital nature of our courses, we are unable to offer refunds. Once you have purchased a course, you will have immediate access to the course materials.
